The FDA notified the public that the use of two prescription medicines used to help smoking cessation, Chantix manufactured by Pfizer Inc or Zyban manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline, has been associated with reports of behavior changes including hostility, agitation, depressed mood, and suicidal thoughts or actions.
